erinErin has over seven years of valuable experience in the disability sector, coupled with a deep understanding of the NDIS. She has undertaken diverse roles throughout her career, showcasing her versatility and expertise.

Initially, Erin served as an NDIS Administration Manager for an assistive technology provider, where she established a strong foundation in the intricacies of NDIS operations. Following this, she transitioned into a pivotal Support Worker role within a reputable Not-for-Profit organization, where she directly contributed to the well-being of individuals under her care.

Building on her prior experiences, Erin took on the role of Support Coordinator within the same organization, a position she held for multiple years. During her tenure, she developed a specialisation in Housing applications for SDA, SIL, and ILO, further highlighting her commitment to fostering holistic and sustainable solutions for individuals with disabilities.

Subsequently, Erin embraced the challenge of a Local Area Coordinator (LAC) role, where she further honed her skills in facilitating access to essential services and resources within the community. This breadth of experience naturally led her to her previous role as House Coordinator at Ave  Maria.

In her present capacity, Erin not only continues her role as a skilled Support Coordinator but has also taken on the responsibilities of a Psychosocial Recovery Coach. This dual role underscores her dedication to empowering individuals to achieve their fullest potential, both in their personal development and psychosocial well-being.

Erin’s journey through the disability sector is a testament to her commitment, adaptability, and unwavering passion for fostering positive change in the lives of those she serves.
