Ave Maria® is a registered NDIS Provider. Therefore, we are required to meet NDIS Quality and Safeguarding standards and the NDIS Code of Conduct. These standards ensure services are high quality and your rights and views are respected, whilst also keeping you safe.

Under the visionary leadership of Jinu Mathew, a highly skilled and committed mental health professional in the region, Ave Maria® has evolved into a person centric organisation whose main aim is to ensure the health, wellbeing and goals of our participants are at the forefront in all decisions.

As a registered nurse with wide ranging experience in general nursing, drug/alcohol and mental health nursing, Jinu is an experienced care giver who has also developed his skills in project management, clinical leadership and service delivery design.
Having worked in the nursing profession for 20 years, overseas and in New South Wales, Jinu has acquired an extensive range of skills and knowledge relating to disability and mental health care.
Jinu is passionate in helping participants get the most out of their lives and improving their level of self-confidence and maximising their independence.

As a mental health professional with over 15 years of experience, Sreeja brings a passion about a positive change for our participants who are enduring physical and/or mental health challenges.

As a Registered Nurse, Sreeja is charged with overseeing and driving the care philosophy of Ave Maria as well as the training and monitoring of staff to ensure quality and care for our participants.

Her vision is aligned with that of Ave Maria – to provide all our participants with quality of life, new learning and life experience to stimulate them to maximise their independence.
